Adobe Systems Incorporated today announced Adobe Captivate 3 software, a powerful eLearning authoring tool for the delivery of robust and engaging computer-based simulations, scenario-based training, and interactive quizzes.

Adobe Captivate 3 offers enhanced features including:

  • multi-mode recording
  • re-recording
  • new Microsoft Powerpoint import capabilities and support for rich media formats, such as Adobe Flash Player compatible .SWF, MP3, and AVI files

Responsibilities:

¡ Develop Computer Based Training modules, using Adobe Captivate 3
¡ Write and edit very complex technical documentation, including user manuals, job aids, installation instructions, technical instructions/bulletins, on-line help, step-by-step instructional content and other technical publications
¡ Manage and create functional and technical requirements documents
¡ Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop CBT modules to support organizational processes.
¡ Assist in development of application training courses
¡ Write, edit, produce, and maintain on-line (internet/web-based) documentation
¡ Write documentation for both non-technical and technical audiences

Requirements:

¡ Mortgage background experience preferred
¡ Minimum 7+ years writing technical documentation
¡ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
¡ Self-directed, strong team player with ability to establish goals and priorities
¡ Training experience a must
¡ Exceptional technical writing and editing skills
¡ Excellent oral and written communications skills
¡ Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality materials
¡ Ability to assimilate and convey technical material in a concise, effective manner
¡ Able to produce well-informed, grammatically correct technical documents.
¡ Excellent communication, planning, time management, decision making, presentation, and organization skills
¡ Ability to learn new technologies quickly
¡ Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
¡ Highly self-motivated and directed

Qualifications

¡ Bachelors degree in English, IT or Journalism
¡ Adobe Captivate experience a must
