Greetings & Salutations!

Gene & Kevin have been kind enough to invite me to contribute to their slice of blogging goodness. Let me jump right in and say compared to my savvy cohorts, I'm the creative generalist of the group. This means I've a mind to speak on any number of topics, products or newsworthy items, given my caffeine level or overall state of schizophrenia. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Flash, if it's an Adobe product, I'm bound to have an opinion. Sometimes I might even have something nice to say about Microsoft... heh heh.

Speaking of topics, anyone catch UFC74 last night? Randy Couture once again demonstrated there's more to success than youth & talent... but I digress.

If you're in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and you're inspired to do anything personal or professional with Adobe products, then you best join this group for a Saturday meeting. Seriously, nowhere else will you find experts talking about Flash animation one month followed up by a session on Photoshop Lightroom the next month. There's something for everybody.

I mentioned this would be a quick post, so in summary:

2. DFWAUG is a good place to learn, network, and represent the Dallas/Ft. Worth arts community.
