Riccione Resources, the Recruitment Firm with more than 23 years representing great companies, is proud to announce a position for a Senior Application Developer/Flex Architect to provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications for the companies existing browser based applications as well as develop new applications. The candidate will utilize mature object-oriented programming methodologies and languages, and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation.

What will you be doing?

ο Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and QA team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution.

ο Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply with Agile Methodologies in all planning steps.

ο Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications.

ο Document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules.

ο Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; refactor and optimize existing code; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation.

Requirements

ο Core experience with Adobe Flex 1.5, 2, and 3 development on application and custom components

ο Minimum 4 yrs of contiguous IT experience working on all the development tasks associated with application development; from requirements through implementation and support

ο 2 yrs Experience with SOAP, XML-RPC, Web services, Remoting, SQL

ο Full working knowledge of MVC architecture and other design patterns

ο Excellent verbal and written communication

ο Strong teamwork skills

ο Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and tight timelines

Salary: 85k - 100k + Bonus Plan(up to 10%) + 401K Match Plan + Other unique Benefits.

Flexible hours, and potential to telecommute.
