It looks like Adobe has for the first time publicly confirmed that Flash Player for the iPhone is currently under development and they're just waiting for the go-ahead from Apple:http://www.flashmagazine.com/news/detail/flash_for_the_iphone_confirmed_...

Congratulations to J Schuh and A.J. Wood for some excellent video tutorials over at the Layers Magazine site! Well done, guys!

While browsing through Lifehacker.com (highly recommended by the way) - stumbled upon this article:

Apparently with your photoshop.com (free) account, you get 2GB of storage. They also have announced mobile device software which allows you to upload your pics straight from your phone (supported by a handful of devices such as blackjack, Palm Treo, Motorola Q, etc...) to your photoshop.com account.

As I've said before, doing a great green screen key is one of the most difficult effects you can pull off. It's amazing that so many people attempt it as their first effect, only to be frustrated at the results. Unlike broadcast, most people shoot with MiniDV or HDV, which, by default, are compressed formats.
Not to worry, though...read on and you'll get the shot you're after.

After a relaxing summer break, DFWAUG held its September meeting. Co-Manager Kevin Stagg did an excellent presentation on using Flash Lite with mobile devices.
Rex Hollingsworth, Director of Creative Services for KXXV 25 in Waco, TX braved traffic, accidents, and a crashed laptop to dazzle the members with his insights into Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Premiere Elements.

DFWAUG is proud to announce that our very own A.J. Wood was named the Top Trainer WORLDWIDE by Adobe for April through June 2008! His company, Media Cats, was named the Top Training Company WORLDWIDE for the same period!
CONGRATULATIONS A.J.!!!! You deserve it!
When you see A.J. at the meeting or around town please be sure to congratulate him!
